They had different kinds of wines, tomato flan made with produce from the vineyard, denti fish roasted with fennel, fresh herbs, and served whole with potatoes.

“Another great meal and significantly even though I was the guest of a presumably fabulously wealthy vineyard owner with a spectacular beautiful estate, the food was unassumingly simple and elegant. Lesson learned” -Anthony Bourdain
