The casinos worth visiting in London

There are loads of things to do in London, but not everyone considers venturing into some of its stunning and world-class casinos. For a great night out in London well past midnight when the bars and pubs close, casinos are a great option.

London has plenty to offer for anyone keen to stay out until the early hours, although it’s hard to rival a casino experience when assessing the options. Casinos provide the food and drink many people are keen to enjoy; there’s an array of casino classics like roulette and poker to play, alongside the style and sophistication many of London’s establishments tend to offer. Some of London’s top-notch casinos provide live music and entertainment throughout the night also, making casinos a fantastic option for people keen to stay up later than usual.

With a comprehensive selection of superb casinos to choose from in London, we thought we’d go through some of the best options should you visit England’s capital city in 2021 and beyond.

Maxim’s Casino

Maxim’s Casino provides an intimate gaming experience in an incredibly classy and upmarket setting. Spread across two floors, there are certainly larger casinos in the world, but not many have the stylish feel to them that Maxim’s offers. A property originally constructed in 1862 for John Forster, the casino has electronic games on offer like roulette, alongside the option of food and beverages, plus its extensive selection of top quality wines and rare whiskies from around the world. Much like the world-class customer service at the online casino in Canada, Maxim’s Casino is a stunning location which offers its guests a taste of luxury gaming and what it’s like to game in style in London.

The Ritz Club

The Ritz has a luxurious reputation anyway, but it can all be experienced in a fun and friendly way at The Ritz Club. The casino opened in 1978 after the hotel made use of what was its old ballroom and grill room, creating a magnificent setting in the process. A casino for high rollers, The Ritz Club attracts visitors from the hotel’s restaurant and its guests. At the time of writing, maximum bets are £250,000, and it’s common for the club to see £10million to £15million worth of action on any given night. Now that’s a lot of money!

The Colony Club

Located in the exclusive area of Park Lane, The Colony Club is well worth visiting. The casino offers an impressive selection of seasonal cocktails, a delicious global restaurant menu, and an array of traditional and modern gaming options which have wowed its visitors for hours on end. If you’re keen to experience London’s style and play some casino classics well into the night, then The Colony Club is a solid option.

Grosvenor The Rialto Casino

Grosvenor The Rialto Casino is located in a truly unique and picturesque Grade II-listed former Rialto cinema. That in itself illustrates just how beautiful this casino is, with its stunning architecture on show throughout. A more casual and relaxed vibe than many of London’s other casinos, Grosvenor The Rialto Casino offers cocktails, beers, wines, and light bites, and is capable of keeping you and your friends entertained for the evening.

Empire Casino

Empire Casino has been around for a while and is a more casual environment than some of the upmarket and posh establishments on this list are. The casino is located in London’s West End, attracting an array of different types of people. There’s sport on show throughout the day, Asian fusion food on offer, alongside its usual DJ sets until 3am most weekends.
