Gin cocktail with cucumber – Gin, cucumber slices, lime juice, sparkling water.
Perhaps the most refreshing cocktail ever.
In my distant memories, I have a warm Sunday afternoon in Barcelona with friends where gin & tonics and red vermouth with sparkling water follow one another. It is in this memory that the following recipe is found.
In Spain, gin & tonics are super popular. And they are served in huge glasses called goblets!
But… surprise! I prefer vodka to gin.
And tonic, alone, is too sweet. I prefer to add a little sparkling water.
So here is my version of a gin cocktail with cucumber.
