Hot Apple Toddy Recipe – When making the apple toddy or any other hot cider beverage, apple cider can be infused to produce a spiced cider that is available whenever you need it. Try to find unfiltered, fresh apple juice. Normal apple juice will do, but the amount of sugar in the recipe might need to be adjusted.
This recipe was created by Brynley Leach, barman at a now-defunct bar called The Slang in Montreal.
