This is a cocktail which is made in a single container. No mess!
Here’s what you’ll need:
A glass that you can close – a jam jar, an old pickle jar, a mason jar…
5 ice cubes
5 oz of pink grapefruit juice – preferably freshly squeezed
2 oz gin
1 oz Campari
0.75 oz simple syrup
The instructions are as follows:
Put all the ingredients in the glass, close the glass, shake, open the glass. Enjoy.
Option: You can also add a few ounces of sparkling water, soda or tonic to taste.
NOTE: Campari is a bitter drink that may displease some. Adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
