Anthony Bourdain (1956-2018) was the ultimate foodie traveller. He was more than a chef and a writer, of course, and his work cannot be simply categorized. That being said, his shows (A Cook's Tour, No Reservations, The Layover and Parts Unkown) are full of invaluable information about food, dishes, restaurants, chefs, ingredients. We're attempting to list a maximum of information. Here's what we've managed to gather up to now.
A COOK'S TOUR (FOOD NETWORK, 2002-03)
We don't have any data about A Cook's Tour. The show was shot in 2000 and 2001 and most of the data is completely out-of-date. That being said, we consider Mr Bourdain's book about this series some of his best work as a writer.
RAW CRAFT (YOUTUBE/THE BALVENIE, 2015-17)
Raw Craft was a sponsored series for The Balvenie, a popular scotch. It's still available on Youtube.
