My name is Cedric Lizotte and I’m a Jack of all trades, one of them being fine dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also love to write – in English and in French<\/a> -, take pictures, travel, work with new technologies and watch my favourite sports teams. I’m a dilettante, in a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fine Dining Blog chronicles my visits to different fine dining establishments across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, those meals are comped. I’m a full-time freelance writer! What did you expect?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, the fact that I’m offered a wonderful dining experience and that I get to take a picture with the chef after the meal doesn’t mean that I say only positive things about every single restaurant. That would be extremely boring, wouldn’t it? I’ve written a few posts on the subject, I suggest that you read them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
