Equipment

  • 1 Glass that you can close (Jam Jar, Pickle Jar, Mason Jar etc.)

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Ice Cubes
  • 150 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice (Preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 30 ml Simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in the glass, close the glass, shake, open the glass. Enjoy.
  • Option: You can also add a few ounces of sparkling water, soda or tonic to taste.

Notes

Campari is a bitter drink that may displease some. Adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
