In every typical Swedish buffet, you cannot miss this delicious fish. Herring abounds both in the North Sea and in the Baltic, so the Swedes have consumed them since the Middle Ages, keeping it pickled for storage and transport. WHAT IS IT?

Kanelbullar is one of the most typical sweet dishes in Sweden. The kanelbullar is ideal to accompany coffee.

These Swedish buns are similar to cinnamon rolls. They have a peculiar shape and the aroma of cardamom dominates. The dough is also made without eggs, keeping the kanelbullar lighter and fluffier.
