First: Ant eggs, made by sauteing onions and butter, jalapeno, bayleaf then mix the ant eggs.
Second: Maguey worms, made by quick frying the worms then adding some greens and vegetables at the top.

DISH – Pulque – A Cook’s Tour Puebla
WHAT IS IT?
Anthony Bourdain and his friends had pulque, a Mexican local brew that is made of sap from maguey cactus that is fermented until it gets alcoholic.
“I’m expectin’ you know, couple of guys in bandaleros, maybe some dogs and chickens but… but pulque is good and is suitably low-ranked, it’s down an alley, I’m enjoying myself.” -Anthony Bourdain
