Anthony Bourdain visited Polly Ann Ice Cream, located in San Francisco.
He sampled some flavors like pumpkin, red bean, taro, “American Beauty”, lychee and durian.

WHAT IS IT?
The French Laundry is one of the most famous restaurants in the world.
First: Small cones with salmon tartare on top.
Second: Shallot soup, lobster consommé, Vichyssoise soup.
Third: Coconut sorbet, cucumber sorbet, roasted red pepper sorbet and peach sorbet.
Fourth: A coffee custard with a Marlboro, a dish made especially for Anthony.
Fifth: Penne and tagliatelle.
Sixth: Salmon, panna cotta with caviar, pickled oyster with caviar, crouton with caviar.
Seventh: Yukon gold potato with shiitake mushroom, lobster.
Eighth: Lamb shoulder and kidney with sauce.
Tenth: Coffee nuts, chocolate ravioli, chocolate ice cream, crepe with lemongrass ice cream, lime sorbet.
