WHAT IS IT?
Anthony Bourdain ate different dishes involving a monkfish, all of the fish’s parts were used and served.
First: Tomatoes, leeks, boiled monkfish with monkfish liver and ponzu sauce then splashed with oil.
Second: Kentucky fried monkfish with seaweed and bamboo shoot.
Third: Nabe hot pot with bok choi and other vegetables and different parts of monkfish.
