DISH – “Kiss of Jamaica” – Anthony Bourdain Uzbekistan
WHAT IS IT?
Anthony Bourdain had the “Kiss of Jamaica” cocktail which is made of coffee, Jamaican light rum and milk at Restoran “Bochka” located in Uzbekistan.
“So my first night in Tashkent, I’m drinking a novelty Jamaican cocktail served to me by Korean waiters with a Russian whose drinking vodka and juice in a uh… sort of vaguely Russian folk Arab Middle-Eastern Turkish disco new rave.” -Anthony Bourdain

They had a kebabs, ribs, brain and liver of lamb with some tomatoes and other vegetables on the side.
“Yeah, that’s good, actually it’s kind of delicious. I am so gonna pay for this later, a little bit of brain, a little liver, a little fat. I’ve seen about two vegetables so far in this country. It’s very meat-centric here.” -Anthony Bourdain
