DISH – “Lao Food” – Anthony Bourdain Southeast Asia
WHAT IS IT?
First: Pla ra, it is made of rotten fish usually anchovies stuffed in a big ceramic jar and salt. Then added some chili peppers and cilantro on the side.
Second: Dried frog skins that are chopped and deep fried and a chili chutney as a condiment.

DISH – “Bangkok Seafood Dishes” – Anthony Bourdain Southeast Asia
WHAT IS IT?
Anthony first bought the seafood like Grouper, prawns, chili crab and baby clams.
First: The baby clams were stir fried with basil and garlic.
Second: Chili crabs with black bean paste, red chili, lemongrass, coriander leaves and crabs.
Third: Deep fried grouper with chili sauce.
Fourth: Grilled prawns with butter.

WHAT IS IT?
Anthony Bourdain visited The Banana Leaf Apolo located in one of the southeast Asia countries, Singapore.
First: Chicken Masala made with chilis, cumin and coriander.
Second: Fish head, simmered in curry broth.
Third: Lime pickle.
