Fast Fry Bus is a fast-fry restaurant in a bus that is always on the move. It offers food that can be cooked up quick in a hot wok. Tony and friends also stopped by Cheun Cheng (Spring City Shrimp Fishing Restaurant), where one can fish for shrimp for dinner. As an option, Tony suggested Modern Toilet Restaurant, a toilet-themed restaurant in Wanhua District.
DISH – Soup Dumplings and Shrimp Siu Mai – The Layover Taipei

Soup Dumplings – dumplings filled with meat and gelatinous stock; Shrimp Siu Mai – siu mai dumpling filled with shrimp and left open at the top.

Din Tai Fung is what Tony called “masters of the soup dumplings”, a “must-stop if you come to Taipei”. And although he did not stop by He Xiang Delicious, he suggested it for Bamboo Shoots Soup and Lotus Rice Parcel.
