Harry’s Café de Wheels in Woolloomooloo (an inner suburb of Sydney) is famous for its meat pies and hotdogs. Anthony Bourdain recommends their Curry Tiger Pie – a meat pie of curried beef, mashed potato, mushy peas and brown gravy.

DISH – Grilled Steak

WHAT IS IT?

Steaks are grilled at different temperatures over different periods of time. This can result to steaks that range from very rare (blue) to overdone. The outside of the steak is grilled until brown, while the inside is often cooked according to the preference of the diner.

WHAT IS IT?

Chinese seafood dishes have crabs, lobsters, oysters and other seafood as main ingredients prepared in Chinese style. Popular Chinese seafood dishes include raw seafood platter of minced lobster mean, lobster “brain”, raw salmon and oyster, wok-fried mud crabs with ginger and shallots, and batter-fried lobster with Szechuan peppercorns.
