WHAT IS IT?
Anthony Bourdain had the tasting menu at Tetsuya’s restaurant located at Sydney. The first dish is a plate containing 6 small bites. Second dish: confit of Tasmanian ocean trout. Third: wagyu beef with mushrooms. Fourth: squab and risotto with truffles. They stop listing the dishes at that point.
