WHAT IS IT?

Spring roll. Mixed vegetables wrapped with thin fermented wheat dough. The dough can be rubbed with chili sauce or fruit sauce from the inside before wrapping the vegetables.

DISH –  Chili Crab

WHAT IS IT?

Chopped mud crabs simmered in a salty-sweet-spicy sauce.

DISH –  Char Kway Teow

WHAT IS IT?

Literally means “Fried rice noodles”. A mixture of garlic, bean sprouts, egg noodles, white rice noodles, egg, spinach, chili sauce, fish cake and Chinese sausage and stir fried together.

DISH –  Ais Kacang

WHAT IS IT?

Shaved ice covered with flavored syrup with red beans and palm seed underneath.

DISH –  Fish Head Curry

WHAT IS IT?

White snapper fish head simmered in Indian herb and spices and finally mixed with slices of vegetables mostly tomato, eggplant, tomato, and chili.

WHAT IS IT?

Basmati Rice cooked in water with pandan leaves, lemongrass, and coconut milk. Adding fish or chicken as a side dish with a teaspoon of chili sauce.

WHAT IS IT?

Rice cooked in broth made of a mixture of pandan leaf and specialized cooking oil. Chicken breast is chopped and served with soy and cucumber served with chilli sauce, chicken soup and rice.

WHAT IS IT?

A bowl of spicy rice noodle soup made of broth that can be made of fish, chicken or a combination of both, plus spices, coconut milk and evaporated milk. Noodles and the broth are topped with bean sprout, fish cake, and shrimp.
