Restaurant Au Passage in the 11th Arrondissement features a small menu that changes daily, young wines and cheap price tags. There are old butcher shops, boulangeries, pâtisseries, fromageries lining the street.

L’avant Comptoir (L’avant Comptoir De La Mer) is a tiny, standing room only, French small plate and wine bar. Anthony Bourdain suggested Aux Deux Amis if you are in the Left Bank and looking for some good French snacks.

Le Camion Food Truck serves hamburgers from a food truck, and, according to Bourdain, “probably the best burger you can get in Paris”. Californie Cantine is another food truck that he suggested for organic hamburgers, Mexican tacos and cupcakes.
