Garibaldi Spritz – I would like to confess right away my love for Buenos Aires. It is, for me, one of the most beautiful and greatest cities on earth.
And my favorite cocktail in Buenos Aires is the Garibaldi.
Ideally, it would be made with freshly squeezed, seasonal Argentine oranges.
Otherwise, fresh juice with lots of pulp will do.
And to make a Garibaldi Spritz, add half sparkling white wine, half sparkling water. And preferably CHANDON extra raw sparkling white wine, 100% Argentinean and spectacular!
